$1M to $10M+ Public-Works Experience

Built for FDOT and Commercial Schedules

General contractors, government agencies, and project owners can submit bid invitations and RFPs through this site, by email to stephen@vljconstruction.net, or by phone at (844) 258-7825. For the best response, include project location, scope, expected schedule, and bid due date.

  • Documentation that holds up: daily load tracking, end-of-shift production reports, FDOT-format milling logs, and retroreflectivity and QC test records for verification.
  • Weather discipline: planning around hurricane season, summer thunderstorm windows, and the dry-season demand surge, with named-storm prep and post-event emergency response.
  • Straight assessments: profile vs. full-depth milling, RCA vs. virgin aggregate, and sealcoat vs. mill-and-resurface, so you spend where it matters.
